Sat in our seats, we sat there going were are the band?! Lol, turns out they were behind the curtain XD they were all introduced by a lil VT on the screens, and they did the first group number, i'll be honest, i actually can't remember the song it was too or the type of dance, i got lost in it all! But it was amazing! Then they all lined up, ian and natalie went to change and James talked for a bit, introducing them and the next routine.
Ian and Natalie danced the foxtrot, so graceful and beautiful! After that finished it went into a group foxtrot, all couples accept James and Ola, the girls in beautiful blue, aqua and turquiose dresses, after that routine, Vincent and Flavia chatted to us about James and Ola, about their
homelife and that people ask if they dance around everywhere, James and Ola dance the cha cha to old time rock 'n' roll, starts of with James in a chair, remote control in hand, deciding what to watch, the screens at the sides made to look like tv's, and Ola comes on in a shirt and long socks, the routine was just way to amazing, it was so cheeky and of course Ola had lost the shirt by the end of the first 30 seconds in the most beautiful silver jewelled costume! I'm so jealous of her, the end of the routine was her on James' lap in the chair, with HER choosing the channels, i do love that she is totally the one in charge XDThen there was a VT about the tango, it was Len in this one, Omg he makes me giggle so much! Vincent and flavia danced the tango, it was so good, and rather dramatic, i should probably mention how much shorted Vincent looked, i didn't think it was possible! This lead to a group tango, which was followed by Ian and Matthews chat, gossiping about Brian and Kristina's relationships, Ian totally camping it up! He was so funny, but epically failed doing the 'What's Occurring?' impression! Kristina and Brian danced the rumba, Omg, i will be the first to admit that Kristina isn't my fave, but that dance was so lush! And her red dress was beautiful.
Group Swing jive was next, Omg! I loved it, it started off with all the girls in the war dresses and the guys in the uniforms, then matt and aliona came out and did their jive, she was wearing i shorter version of the dresses, then it got all proper jivey, the skirts got pulled off and it was just explosive! And the boys really did suit the uniforms! <3>
Second half, Group cha cha i think :P They were all in shirts, ties, jackets and trousers, including the girls, props galore in this routine, umbrella's hat's, but it was so much fun, and of course the girls costumes got smaller, the trousers ripped away, not predictable at all! Kristina and Brian's salsa was next, i didn't enjoy this one as much as their other routine, but it then went into a Group salsa. Ola and James rumba was next, completely beautiful, and so so so romantic! Ola was in a gorgeous lace cat suit and james in an open white shirt, one of the only times Ola has worn more than him!
Next was the group waltz, it was just lush, it them lead into Ian and Natalie's american smooth, Omg, she looked stunning in her white dress, just amazing! I will find a picture :P Kristina and Brian spoke for a bit, Kristina's attemp at welsh was too funny!!
Matthew and Aliona's revamped Hip hop salsa, Wow! So much fun, i loved it so much, and her outfit! Electric blue, fringing and just plain amazin!
What i had been waiting for, Vincent and Flav's Argentine tango, Omg, i was actually speechless, just incredible!! Group paso was in there somewhere but i can't remember when, the outfits were the ones used for the promotional shots, and it was too Lady GaGa Just Dance, OMG it was greatt! Finally the disco dance, it was to loads of different disco tunes, disco inferno had me singing along, such a fun last dance, all of them having a blast basically! Just the best night ever!
